Responsibilities
- Manage general activity of export, import and customs clearance of cargo with carriers, vendors, trucking companies, warehouse packing facilities, customs brokers, and/or other applicable parties.
- Communicate as required with applicable parties to ensure service requirements are achieved.
- Attending business planning part including but not limited to contacting potential customers, maintain good customer service, traveling when needed.
- Assist with branch Profit analysis/ budget preparation or any other report for the assigned branch.
- Drive data quality and performance KPI’s. Ensure assigned branch meets operational KPIs.
- Assist with special projects and assignments as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Outstanding Oral and Written Communication Skills
- Good computer skills in MS Office, good command of written and spoken Koran/ English
- Strong Organizational Skills
- 3+ years of global forwarding operation and sales experience
- Professional experience in the field of freight forwarding or in the field of transport management, have a good understanding of business basics and connections as well as very good knowledge of industry-specific transport logistics (especially air/ ocean freight and road transport)
- Experience with supply chain management
- Good computer skills in MS Office, good command of written and spoken Koran/ English
- Characterized by a high sense of responsibility, willingness to serve and customer orientation as well as initiative and assertiveness
- Confident and agile and enjoy working in a team
- Strong in organization, creative and flexible and inspire with your conceptual skills
