Responsibilities:
- Inbound
• Check and Update ETA of upcoming inbound containers
• Communicate with carriers on the drayage status
• Follow up unloading/empty status and Port return
• Set up inbound plan and update guard sheet for following day’s work schedule - Outbound
• Set up outbound schedule and coordinate with warehouse supervisor
• Communicate with carriers on truckers arrival time
• Follow up on delivery status and collect POD/invoice for processing
• Set up outbound plan and update guard sheet for following day’s work schedule
• Make damage report and share with customer - Other duties
• Update inbound/outbound log by customer for month-end invoicing
• Office supply inventory management and re-order
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Logistics related field
• Korean/English bilingual for daily customer support/communication
• 0-3 years’ equivalent experience
• Ability to work under fast paced environment and pressure
• Ability to perform multi-task job in the warehouse
• Proficiency in MS Office Products
